Program-

Carolyn Nicholson introduced our Guest Speaker.

The details of Julia Bubrin’s presentation will be provided via a voice file separately but she advised us that things are progressing well as we begin to lay the ground work for the Scarborough Revitalization Project.  She has had a meeting with Metroland and received good feedback. It was suggested that we try to connect with other groups with the same initiative and join forces.  There is also a chance that Metro Morning might be interested.  We were encouraged to tweet  #scarboroughrenewal in order to help get the buzz going. The Leader’s Panel is being held on April 23, 2014 at the Scarborough Golf and Country Club, and everyone is welcome. Due to the detailed nature of this presentation, please listen to the voice file of this presentation to get it`s full impact.

Jim Boyko thanked Julia for her presentation and presented her with a certificate to restore the eyesight of a gentleman in India in honour of her presentation.

President Rocco Colangelo closed the meeting.
